The Westchester Women’s Bar Association in conjunction with the Pace Women’s Justice Center has been administering The Moderate Means Matrimonial Panel for over ten years. The 
Moderate Means Panel consists of a panel of attorneys who represent individuals with moderate income levels in family law and divorce proceedings. Attorneys who are members of the panel take cases at reduced fees and receive free CLE seminars twice a year. Veteran attorneys on the panel also volunteer their services to conduct the CLE trainings.
Adrienne Orbach, the recipient of this year’s Karen Z. Bell Award not only represents clients referred by the Pace Women’s Justice Center but has also conducted comprehensive and sophisticated CLE programs on numerous occasions at the bi-annual CLE programs.
